3. Information collected in the browser
The shopping bag is stored in local storage on your device so it survives a refresh. Your cookie choice is stored in local storage and in a cookie on this site. Server logs may record an IP address, a browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site available. We do not use that log to build a marketing profile.
4. Why we use it

- To deliver theatre curtains and stage fabrics, handle a return, and keep a record of what was agreed.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional marketing tags run only if you turn that category on.
6. How long we keep it
An unanswered browsing session leaves the bag on your device until you clear it. We keep correspondence and order records for as long as the request is open, then for the period we need for accounting, tax, delivery disputes and the return window. When that period ends, we delete or de-identify the record unless a law tells us to keep it.
7. Security
We limit access to order emails and use ordinary care for a small store. No method of email is perfect. Do not send card data. If you believe a message about your order is not from us, contact [email protected] before you pay anyone.
8. Your requests
You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Residents of Colorado, California, and other US states that give these rights can make that request by email. We may decline to delete information we still need for an open order, a refund, fraud prevention, or a legal duty. We will explain the reason.
You can appeal a refusal by replying to that email and asking for a review. If you are a Colorado resident and you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
9. Children
This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us an order request, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies to a request you send after that date.
