Payment policy

1. Checkout does not take payment

Rose Brand Wipers, Inc. sells theatrical and scenic materials. Catalogue images and the word “Standard” are not a dimension, a fullness or a finish. Coverage, drop, usable width and intended use belong in the order notes. The checkout form collects an order request. It does not charge a card, and it does not store a card number. Do not type a card number, a bank password or a security code into any form or email on this site.

2. The sequence

1. You choose theatre curtains and stage fabrics and send the request with your contact details and, if the goods are to be delivered, a US address.
2. We review availability, fit or specification notes, and delivery.
3. We email the confirmed items, the price in US dollars, the delivery charge and how to pay.
4. The order is accepted when you pay as those instructions describe, and we then fulfill it.

Until that confirmation is sent and you pay, either of us may stop. A catalogue price can change, and an item can be unavailable.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars. A price on a product page is a catalogue price. The price you owe is the one in the confirmation, including any delivery charge we stated there. If we spot an obvious pricing error before you pay, we will correct it and ask you to confirm again. We will not quietly collect a higher amount.

Tell us the opening, the drop, the hanging arrangement and any cut length you need. On-screen color is a reference. Ask about pile direction, opacity and sample availability before you treat a photograph as a specification.

4. How payment is made

Payment instructions arrive by email after review. Follow only the instructions in that message from [email protected]. We will never ask you to pay by sending gift cards, cryptocurrency, or a code to a number you do not already have for this store.

If a payment method fails or is recalled, we may pause fulfillment until the funds are settled. Title to the goods stays with us until we have received the amount in the confirmation.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a request any time before you pay, by email. After you pay, cancellation depends on whether the goods have been handed to a carrier or, for made-to-measure work, whether cutting or finishing has started. If work you asked for has already started, the charge for that work is not refundable. We will say so before we begin when the goods are cut or finished to your measurements.

6. What we ask you not to send

• Card numbers, CVV codes, bank logins or photographs of a card.
• Government identity numbers, unless a carrier or a legal duty later requires them, which we would ask for separately and only if needed.
• Someone else’s payment details.

7. Questions about a charge

Quote the order reference and the amount in the confirmation. We will reconcile it against the request. We do not take payment on the website itself.
